A BEAUTIFUL EXAMPLE OF THIS ORIGINAL 1966 FIRST ISSUE UK BEATLES ALBUM WITH AN IMMACULATE, UNDAMAGED SLEEVE .

  A collection of Beatles Oldies was originally released by Parlophone UK on the 9th December 1966, in both mono and stereo formats, and the only 1960s Beatles compilation Album.

  This is an original 1966 UK first issue  LP for The Beatles ‘A Collection of Beatles Oldies’ album. The Vinyl LP is on the traditional Black & Yellow Parlophone Label, with ‘The Gramophone Co Ltd’ label rim, ‘Sold in UK…’ label text and ‘Made in Gt. Britain’.

  The record labels are in undamaged Excellent Plus condition, superb record labels that show only a couple of light signs of play to the centre of each record label, and a few light age spots.

  The side 1 matrix is XEX 619-1G,  &  Side 2 matrix is XEX 620-1G. 

  Side 1 stampers: 2 PA and Side 2: 4 RL.

  There is an embossed KT Tax Code on the centre of the side 1 record label.

  Both sides of the vinyl LP are in super clean and bright Excellent Plus condition, with just a few light surface hairlines, otherwise a really nice and clean vinyl LP without scratches or scuffs.

  The LP comes in its original EMI Records Advertising inner bag, which is in Excellent Plus condition, no seam splits, handwriting or tearing, and is housed in it’s original Collection of Beatles Oldies glossy front laminated Garrod and Lofthouse Patents Pending mono Sleeve which is in absolutely immaculate and pristine Mint Minus condition, a beautiful and very glossy front panel, with a beautiful clean and white reverse panel, all edges, corners, flip-backs and spine of the sleeve are simply perfect.

  The LP plays well throughout all of the tracks, with NO skips or jumps, the songs Yesterday and Michelle sound great, there is the occasional static background noise on a couple of the tracks.

  A beautiful example of this original 1966 Beatles Mono LP with an immaculate sleeve.
