===================================================================================== Super clear audio+++Final yellow Parlophone+++Small *Stereo* indicator ====================================================================================
I am not going to give a grading, as it is always subjective with used vinyl. Instead, I have given a detailed description of what I see and hear, to help you decide whether it is for you, or not. That said, this is still a relatively rare label variant and cover, as well as in the still rarer stereo format, for that time.
Audio quality is clear and sharp throughout, with some background crackle through the run-ins, which is very common on stereo discs. There are some rotational clicks and random pops in places, caused by surface lines but the whole disc plays without any skips or stalls and sounds great. Without these pops the sound quality could easily be described as near excellent. This disc has not been overplayed judging by the glossy vinyl and minimal spindle trails, just carelessly handled.
The tri-flipback cover, with its rarest small stereo indicator is in average condition for a With The Beatles original. There are perimeter wrinkles and some surface lines to the front panel. The unprotected back panel has age toned but is free from any writing or tears. There is an original shop price sticker showing the selling price of 39 shillings/ 11 pence (just under £2)
The vinyl surfaces have still retained their deep gloss lustre but do show a varying degree of lines and small marks. Spindle trails are not excessive which would suggest minimal play and account for the audio quality. It would appear that the disc has not been handled with care when away from the turntable.
The correct, L.P. advertising inner is in top condition.
To summarise: Not perfect but a relatively rare variant, which would still be a great addition to any collection.
A SIDE: -2 (4-MH)
B SIDE: -2 (2-OD)
-2 / -2 are still 1st pressing matrix endings. -1 / -1 were never used on stereo discs.

The photos are of the actual item. I always use professional, anti-static, cleaning fluid and listen to the whole disc. Professional mailers are always used.
I may have more Beatles records listed right now, so please have a look.
