NO OFFERS PLEASE - AUCTION ONLY ================================================================ Rather than trying to grade everything for this package, as there are so many items, as well as two separate discs, I have given a detailed description of what I see and hear. What I might think (Excellent) overall you might feel is only (Very Good) as of course, everything is subjective and we all have different expectations. There are lots of photos too, which hopefully you will find helpful. ================================================================
DISC ONE Which carries a rare 2/9 pressing machine code Matrix: Side1: XEX 709-1 Stamper code: 2/9-GMP Matrix: Side2: XEX 710-1 Stamper code: 3-AG DISC TWO Matrix: Side1: XEX 711-1 Stamper code: 5-GRR Matrix: Side2: XEX 712-1 Stamper code: 5-MD
Both discs have been played and enjoyed. However, disc 1 which almost always has audible issues, plays from start to finish without any problems, which is very unusual. Disc 2 has a few 'ticks' during 'Long, Long, Long' and Revolution 9. Apart from that all tracks play perfectly with some peak wear throughout. The surfaces do display careless handling lines/marks but still have a reasonably good shine. Expect the odd very light background dust pop, here and there. The top loading cover is better than most. It displays age toning, marks and bumps. The spine is fully readable with a little laminate splitting. Still a very nice example with a lowish number. The fragile, single die-cut inners are creased and do have seam splits but are still largely intact and are genuine originals. The lyrics poster is fully intact with age toning/spotting and is a genuine original. The 4 photos are in great condition (corner crease on John) and are originals too. The photo spacer is creased and has a few marks but is still in great condition.
This is a very nice fully loaded, original mono package with decent discs and cover, which are always difficult to find.
