Description
JOHN LENNON
*IMAGINE* 1st pressing - 1971
Half a century has now passed since this initial copy was released
Matrix: Side 1: YEX 865-1U Stamper code: 2-T Matrix: Side 2: YEX 866-1U Stamper code: 1-GM
Audio:
MINT
Impossible to upgrade. Plays like a new disc! Stone cold silent run-ins. Crystal clear sound.
Visually:
MINT-
The vinyl is in stunning condition. Lovely, deep gloss surfaces that appear unmarked in normal daylight. Obviously there are wispy handling lines under a searchlight beam.
Labels:
MINT-
Just a few very light, difficult to see (even in reflected light), spindle trails.
Cover:
VG
Fully intact. There are some half-moon thumb bends, some laminate lift (see photo), and general signs of aging but still very good for a cardboard item now 50 years old.
Inner sleeve:
EX+
Correct, unique inner, issued with this album. In top condition. Just age toning, nothing more.
Giant poster:
EX+
Same size as the lyrics poster issued with the 'White Album'
Photo:
EX+
Genuine original depicting John's parody of Paul's 'Ram' album front cover.
Your record will be sent by Special Delivery (UK) or Tracked and Signed (International) and will always cost more than YOU PAY for postage
The photos are of the actual item for sale. All records are thoroughly cleaned and listened to, from beginning to end. Professional mailers are always used.
