This is the finest copy of this iconic LP I have seen. Its the original UK first press release complete and housed in the first press FULLY LAMINATED cover. Later copies had a 'glazed cover' but this is laminated indicating a 1971 release date. It has first press matrix numbers YEX 865 1 U and YEX 866 1 U with PORKY and PECKO etched in the run-out groove. It has early stampers 1, GPD and 2 GPH. The vinyl is superb - both sides anr visually ex plus near mint with virtually no signs of play. The play quality itself is faultless. The LP comes in its original lyric inner sleeve which is EX. The poster has not been used and has no pin holes or splits at all. The postcard is mint. The fully laminated cover is as close to mint as you will find but to avoid quibbling I will say EX+.

Please note that unless the play quality is specifically mentioned records are graded visually. I aim to describe the visual appearance of all items accurately using the standards below which are based on the UK Record Collector Price Guide. The highest grade I use now is NEAR MINT ('UNPLAYED' if still sealed in shrink wrap or occasionally full MINT but only if the provenance of the item suggests this to be correct). Records graded EX+ or EX++ would probably be called 'near mint' or 'mint' by most sellers. Please READ THE ITEM DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY and study photographs to avoid disappointment later. I will refund only on items which do not conform to the description and standards set out here.
GRADING SYSTEM
NEAR MINT: The record appears to be in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and other inserts are perfect. For MINT grading see above
EXCELLENT: The item has been played and may have some light surface marks but there is very little, if any, lessening in sound quality. Cover and contents have slight wear.
VERY GOOD: The record has been played quite alot but displays no major deterioration in sound quality despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Cover and contents show some wear.
GOOD:The record has been played many times and the sound quality has deteriorated noticeably. The cover and contents are often damaged.
I use EX++,EX+,VG++,VG+ as subsidiary gradings. Unless the record is extremely rare I do not sell items which are less than VG in condition.
