A HARD DAY'S NIGHT

This remarkable 1st pressing is about as good as it gets - beautifully preserved - could only really be bettered by an unplayed copy

1964 - Stereo 1st pressing PCS 3058 YEX 126-1 / 127-1 2-RH / 2-GP

Visually:
Graded against reflected daylight which will show any significant imperfections - (there will always be wispy handling/bag removal lines under a search light)
EX+
The disc appears near pristine - beautiful, deep gloss surfaces equivalent to a brand new copy - there are no needle lines - just one very light harmless handling line across the two opening tracks which is completely non sounding and a few wispy others, each side  - this disc has been handled with great care

Audio:
NEAR MINT
Never played on anything except the correct equipment, this disc delivers a near flawless performance - the gentle ''And I Love Her' plays with crystal clarity like all of the other tracks

In perfect condition - just a couple of spindle trails on side 1 - a small number on side 2 but not excessive - hard to see, even in the close up photos

Cover:
EX            Tri flipback in great condition - the front panel is glossy and smooth - just a few mild wrinkles - the unprotected back has stayed white - the pinched ends spine is perfect - just a mild disc impression - corners are nice and square

   Original, polythene lined, 'patents applied for' - remarkable condition for this fragile item - near perfect - no splits

All records are thoroughly cleaned and I will of course, continue with the surreal requirement of separating the disc from the cover, even though they have been together now for over 50 years and have left a lasting impression :-)
