Description

An original 1st press of Stratosfear on Two Virgins. Matrix A5/B5. The vinyl comes housed in an original laminated gatefold. We also have the original generic white inner sleeve. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex) In lovely condition and has only seen light use. Under close inspection I can only make a couple of incredibly wispy low-level marks per side - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an, at least, EXCELLENT level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are pretty much perfectly quiet and the audio comes across with excellent clarity. Not quite perfect - but getting very close. I can only make out an occasional static crackle very occasionally. In the gap between the two segments of side one I could make out some incredibly low-level presence in the quietest moment. Overall this is an impressive rendition and the record is tremendously well preserved. I don't think it would be easy going better than this copy. As good a copy as I've ever witnessed - and it is one super fussy recording.
Cover (Ex/Ex+) Bit of a beaut. Totally crisp and shiny looking. Lovely flat surfaces - one small crease on the rear. Very little edge wear at all and sharp openings. The spine is 100% intact and overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
Inner (Vg+) Lightly aged. No splits.
