Description
Light of Love record album white label test pressing. Label from Casablanca taped on the back with list of songs with notations made i.e. fade, mostly vocal etc in blue pen. Signed at the bottom by Marc Bolan. Front of album is written T Rex Light of Love in purple marker. Everything is original as when I bought it in 1978, about 43 years ago.
I was collecting T.Rex records when I was a teen in Arizona. A record store owner had gone to a record convention in Los Angeles and found this. I remember it was 1978 because I had to had my mom drive me to the record store to get it because I was too young to drive.
I've had it ever since and kept it stored. I have never had a professional COA. I have played it once, when I first got it and was advised to not play it so I didn't. There are no scratches or defects that I am aware of.
It's quite plain but that's the way test pressings are, I believe.
Please see all photos. All the writing is how I bought it. It's been in stored away and now it's time to let it go. Quite unique as I haven't seen anything else like it.
Will be wrapped carefully in a box with plenty of bubble wrap for safe arrival.
