Description
This is an unplayed, new 12 inch USA Promo TOM PETTY single showcasing the song Don't Come Around Here No More (extended album version, 5 mins 06 seconds). This original USA Promo single was released in 1985 and comes in its original company sleeve with hype sticker. The vinyl is in mint condition.
There is another 12 inch USA promo which just has the standard single version of the song, which is much more common. The item I have listed is far harder to find and was made in much smaller quantity. At the time of listing, this is the only copy for saloe on eBay.
The words PROMOTIONAL ONLY NOT FOR SALE are printed on the record label, on both sides. Promotional records were pressed in very limited numbers and distributed to print media and selected radio stations for review purposes and never sold to the general public.
