TOM BELT & THE GOD UNLIMITED -- Love Knows No Season -- hard to find, original 1970 U.S. album. 4th and arguably best album overall from this much-admired Xian hippie folk-rock group who should be much better known among mainstream late 1960's psych and folk-rock fans. Lovely, delicate folk-rock ballads with fragile female voices and excellent mainstream rock/psych-type songs here; powerful Xian theme to the lyrics but would appeal to any 60's folk-psych buff regardless of your religious denomination. Back cover photo of groovy long-haired guitarists in striped pants and mustaches (!) and beautiful long-haired hippie-style female singers gives you a good sense of what you're in for musically. Does not come up for sale very often; the early LP's by Belt & God Unlimited are increasingly hard to find. See photo for track listing.
