Description
This is from my own private collection. I have hundreds of classical cd's and over 6000 classical records as well as other projects I have collected over the years ( completed the entire Hipgnosis record cover search, all blue note stereo bar 2, completed vertigo swirl and many more projects ). The time has come to think about moving on and enjoying my twilight years due to a progressing illness.
A relative bought this whilst visiting Georgia, USA in the early 70s. They bought it from a mechanic that apparently knew of the people who started TMQ ( Dub Taylor).
It has only been played a couple of times since given to me, and im listening now. Just the odd peppering tiniest of background crackles and some quiet ticks in places, but nothing overwhelming. Nice transition between songs and a deep clean would help. I no longer have my Nitty Gritty, so Ill leave the cleaning to you. The audio is clear but not as sharp as the previous one I sold, but thats my opinion. The sleeve is intact and aged, but no splits. The disc surface has light wear and a couple of scratches, and i had a very small skip/ loud click which a deep clean could rectify. The thick card sleeve simply has a crass coloured photocopy slapped on the cover, as was the norm with TMQ issues. There is a small 1.5 inch split to the bottom edge opening. Ive tried to take a picture of the matrix, but they are as follows,
Side 1 BLIND BOY 9-A
side 2. BLIND BOY 9-B
overall a nice record.
I will only post oversea via registered Royal Mail service. I will accept refunds, but the record must be returned. No partial refund haggling.
