Mega rare original '77,  Industrial Records edition, released as a limited edition 785 copies. Small sticker on upper right of front, "The Second Annual Report of Throbbing Gristle. Recorded during the year ending September 3rd 1977.  Industrial Records, 10 Martello Street London E.8." Info sticker paste on back cover. Never turns up in these days.

Cover=Ex- some light stains, light shelf wear only.
