Weil ich immer wieder Anfragen wegen des "Cover Designs" bekomme: Das Cover war im Original weiss bis einer der Vorbezitzer angefangen hat Zeichnungen darauf anzufertigen. Was man da als Muster etc. sieht ist also nicht aufs Cover gedruckt, sondern von hand draufgemalt.

Concerning your questions about the "Sleeve Design" : The Cover of this LP originally is white with a Sticker in the upper right Corner. However a former owner of this LP made sketches on the Sleeve. So, what you see on the Sleeve is NOT printed on the Cover. It's "handpainted Art" from a former owner.
