Two lyric sheet included.

Vinyl: VG+ Both records have some light surface marks but it does not affect play. Plays no problem.

Sleeve: VG+ Jacket has some creases and a few small light tear on entrance part as shown. and has light ring wear(slightly.) But sleeve is still in great shape, clean and no bottom split. Check pictures for more details!
