This was the second (of two) ep’s they had in Australia on Decca.
Condition wise,everything is in top shape. For some reason it’s hard to get a copy
of this ep without substantial ringwear but this one is fine (see scan) Top shelf copy.
CONDITION WISE:

MINT: Brand new condition, no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. Cover, label, extras in perfect condition.
EXCELLENT: Slight signs of having been played, no lessening of sound quality. Cover, label, extras are good.
VERY GOOD: Played quite a few times, no real deterioration in sound quality. Cover, label, extras slight amount of wear and tear.
GOOD: Showing some wear and tear. Reasonable, playable sound. No major defects in record, cover, label, extras.
FAIR: Sound quality deteriorated. Cover, label, extras display folding, scuffing, marks
