THELONIUS MONK QUARTET PLUS TWO LP AT THE BLACKHAWK (Riverside Records 12-323).
Early US mono "Deep Groove" pressing on the royal blue Riverside label. Very nice-looking grooves - well cared-for. Deep Groove on both labels. Charlie Rouse tenor sax; Harold Land tenor sax; Joe Gordon trumpet; John Ore bass; Billy Higgins drums. Recorded live at The Blackhawk in San Francisco April 29, 1960.

COVER - VERY GOOD PLUS
Cover is free of seam splits, stains, cut-out marks, tape, stickers, writing & color fading. The cover is straight & flat with no bends, waves, ripples or bowing. Virtually no ring wear and just a little bit of speckling. Also, a small amount of edge wear. Slight corner banging. All but one character on the spine print is readable. Vintage silver & blue Deep Groove label is in excellent shape, with no marks, writing, residue, scuffs, stickers, fading or cuts. Sharp print, rich color on label. Really neat & sharp cut hole with a few faint transparent spindle brushings.
DISC - NEAR MINT
We give great importance to grading our items accurately. Free of scratches, skips, warping, and residue on the disc or dead wax. One faint quarter-inch fleck. Nice reflective sheen on the grooves. Album has been safely stored upright in smoke-free, climate-controlled conditions.
