Description
Up for auction is a very rare original vinyl album of the Yardbirds featuring Jimmy page, 1971. This determination is based on:
1. The cover is colored.
2. The label is yellow.
3. The name of the album on the sleeve edge and back is. “ Live Yardbirds!” With exclamation point.
4. The matrix is stamped and includes 1A
5. Track 4 onside A (my baby) is the extended 5:01 minute release
Sleeve and vinyl grading : This can be very subjective. I strongly encourage potential buyers to study the photos close up. I don’t use any kind of photo editing or special lighting. In fact, my photo conditions are typically less than optimal. I do not grade the vinyl itself as I don’t have a record player to play them. I have a collection of various artists autographed and vintage vinyl from an estate that were a personal and well kept collection. They were all stored in protective plastic sleeves, and any notes on the inside paper sleeve were placed there by the estate owner. If you want more photos or any specific angle, please let me know.
Cover sleeve shows scuffs and wear along the edges. There is a 3 inch split on left side of cover bottom seam. (Photo 11)
