Tom Waits on Asylum 6E-162- Original 1978 Promo Copy in stereo. My wife received this as a gift from a radio station and I just listened to it  and she may have listened to it once. Side 1/ cut 1 a bit of very light surface noise. cut2- plays Excellent with a one second click/ cut 3 has very slight surface noise during the quiet passages(vg/vg+) cut 4 plays Near Mint/ cut 5 plays vg+ with just a few light one second tics. Side one is a Very Strong VG !!! Side 2 /cut 1 plays Excellent with 1 one second tic/ cut 2 plays NM / cut 3 has a bit of surface noise(vg/vg+) cut 4 plays Near Mint / cut 5 plays VG+ with very light surface noise. Side 2 is also a Very Strong VG and the entire LP is a Strong Very Good listening experience !! The vinyl looks VG+ to Excellent. Cover is VG+ to Excellent The art work is Excellent minor fraying on edges and  very slight dogged ears  The seams are tight. The spine is also tight and the writing on the spine is very clear  Inner gatefold is Near Mint !!!!! There is 1/8 of an inch square writing in ink in upper right hand corner of front cover(?) I have play tested every listed album using Goldmine & Metrowax as my grading guides and the ratings are based mostly on what I hear.  I purchased every album brand new and always removed the shrink in an attempt to avoid warping, (Old wives tale?) and all were played only on a  top quality  Turntable with a diamond needle.

All records are from my personal collection unless otherwise noted.  Most of the early and mid-60’s LP’s include the “Russo record rating system” – these ratings are written in ink and include purchase date, price and store.  The majority( 99%) contain original inner sleeves and if not a sleeve will be included.  Please see photo’s for spindle wear and label condition and the song listings.
