First version of this unofficial release on vinyl by The Amazing Konryfone Record Label, later reissued by Berkeley Records in 1975, so I presume this was released in 1974. Allegedly recorded at the Spectrum, Philadelphia, December 4, 1973. Cover is excellent with only some stain spots, vinyl is excellent to near mint with only some light, hard to see paper scuffs. Sorry about the blurry photo of the side 2 label, but at least you can tell that it's Amazing Kornyfone.
