The condition of the non-gatefold cover is M- still in the shrink wrap with a vintage $3.99 price sticker on the shrink (see photos), no cut-outs, seam splits or writing.  The condition of side one (MONO) is M-.  The condition of side two (STEREO) is a nice VG+ with a scuff that you can see but not really feel or hear.  Overall a nice EX.
