Description

This is the rare original Northern Soul 45 ~ THE VELVET SATINS on GENERAL AMERICAN RECORDS GA-006 "Promo", pressed in the 1960s. Singles are Nothing Can Compare To You & Up On The Rooftop. Vinyl is VG / Weak VG (plays better), shiny with some light surface marks, scuffs, hairlines, and a couple minuscule scratches. There is a small spot about the size of an American quarter that has a light film over it which doesn't affect play. Plays Very Good (at least) with light background noise on a few small spots and the occasional light pop. Bell sound & Nashville stamp in dead wax. Comes in blank Sleeve. Labels nice with some light wear and a small X written. There is the most minimal / subtle storage warp that can only be seen with an expert's eye, and doesn't affect play. Very hard to see.
