DESCRIPTION:
Exceptionally Rare And In Demand Five track EP By The Tunnelrunners From 1980 on the Sonic international DIY imprint. This is an original copy in near mint condition. This record came to us in a large pristine condition collection purchased in Swansea Wales. This EP should not be confused with the 2010 reissue from the US. For many the first taste of the Tunnelrunners came from the Powerpearls and Teenage Treats comps which have driven demand for original copies ever since. This is the first copy (And the best condition copy) to be sold on eBay in over x2 years!

CONDITION:
A note on grading: We use the UK Record Collector grading system with the addition of a (+) or a (-) to denote a slight increase or decrease in condition. Items described with an aural grade have been carefully played on a Garrard 301 grease bearing turntable paired with a Kondo Silver wired SME 312s tonearm and Koetsu Coralstone Cartridge.

Record:
The original white labels (stamped on one side the label / serial no) display superbly showing barely any signs of use to the spindle holes. No stickers, writing or rips tears, light foxing only. The playing surfaces are flat and true. Under direct angled light the surfaces display a full and complete luster with ultra light paper chaffing only – This does not affect play in any shape or form (Please listen to the above sound clips for a clear sense of aural condition.
Aurally this EP plays well … Condition grade visually and aurally = Near Mint N.B: This is a DIY pressing it is not an audiophile quality recording.
Sleeve
The hand folded thin paper picture sleeve displays wonderfully, No Tears, Writing, Rips or Splits, Light yellowing only, all corners are sharp – The internal flaps are superb. All images and text are as crisp as the day it left the pressing plant. = Near Mint
