VINYL IN VG+ CONDITION - Light wear. Light surface marks, a couple of fine hairlines. A nice example. 

SLEEVE IN VG+ CONDITION - A nice clean sleeve. A small amount of laminate lift along the spine and a tiny amount of paper missing from the upper flipback. The flipback itself is intact but the final paper layer is missing. Not a serious issue, I would say (see photos).
