Original 1967 UK Columbia DB 8310 7" 45rpm

'Demonstration Only' pressing - As sent out to DJ's and media prior to general release .

As with all 1960's demonstration discs , only a limited amount were pressed , possibly around 250 , sometimes less ....

The disc comes with the even harder to find  printed Art Sleeve , with release date print on rear panel - I don't think as many sleeves were made as the amount of discs pressed. A genuine Pink Floyd rarity .........

The Disc has light  use only  .... lovely  clean surfaces , no marks - one small , very faint trace on side two .... both sides of the  disc play  through really well , minor run in groove presence , then great  sound quality throughout : Graded at EXCELLENT  condition.

Side One label is bright and clean , mild spindle trace - Side Two label is bright and clean , mild spindle trace - it looks as though a small label has been removed beneath the Columbia logo .......

The Sleeve has shows  ageing , some creasing , some browning at disc opening and along top edge .... the are no edge splits ....

All items are graded Audio / Visually , and played on a high grade system

Please feel able to bid with confidence , as a collector myself I understand the requirements in the gradings of discs and sleeves , and how important it is to recieve items in the condition as advertised

I grade items ( using the UK Record Collector Grading System) beneath a light , to be sure of condition

I do not believe it is necessary to use the eBay buzzwords such as STUNNING !! RARE !! AWESOME !! , padded out with grossly long winded 'descriptions' ..... Many of the 'experts' who use this method of selling also add technical information , which is totally unfounded and does not correspond with the actual facts , and would be laughable but for the fact it is totally misleading. I take time and care to graded items correctly , and only list quality records , with concise , accurate grading descriptions

I have been a lifelong music fan , my first concert visit was in 1957 (Birmingham Town Hall Skiffle Contest !) and have bought records of all the great music since 1959 , and had the privelege of seeing most of the great artists 'live' ( I saw The Beatles twice and Segovia !)

I began selling professionally in 1976 , and have a wide knowledge of the items I sell (and always learning !) having bought copies of my own at time of issue , always being interested in the sleeve , label and disc variations. If you have any queries , I will do my best to answer correctly
