Hi, and welcome to psych_out! auctions!!!
I've collected 50's, 60's, and early 70's records of almost every genre - Psych, Prog, Psychedelic Funk, Soul, Rhythm 'n' Blues, Pop, Folk, Garage, Acid, Freakbeat, Rock, Jazz e.t.c and everything in between for all my life!!! Obviously, 90% of the LP's I've ever gotten hold of are completely trashed from the hard living ways and the rock 'n' roll, drug and booze fuelled debauchery of all the wild parties of the times, but the golden 10%? Reluctantly, I've decided to offer them to all of you serious record collectors out there!!! I'm currently trying to set up a record label so unfortunately personal sacrifices have to be made when it comes to my collection, resulting in GREAT benefits for all you shrewd bidders and serious connosieurs of TRUE solid gold music history out there!!! Make no mistake, I'll try my best to consistently offer some of the VERY BEST records available on ebay, many which have taken me YEARS to find!!!
I aim to put a weekly batch up (time permitting) every Wednesday, all timed to end 10 days later on Saturday night. I'll only ever offer THE BEST, MOST AMAZING, MOST IMPORTANT, VERY RAREST UK 1ST PRESS ORIGINAL RELEASE RECORDS I've got!!! I won't insult you with later 2nd pressings unless they are of exceptional quality and rarity. I'm sure you love good music as much as me, especially when it's a 1st Press LP, direct from the master tape, as the musicians intended it to be heard (none of this "digitally remastered",weak reissued, remixed rubbish from hired hands with one eye on the mixing desk and the other on the clock! If these session men really knew how genius should sound, surely they would've been geniuses themselves?! There will only ever be one Hendrix, and that's just a tiny example).

About : Ultra Rare Original 1971 UK 1st Press!!! This MASSIVELY RARE LP initially sold barely anything (LP's were also really expensive to most people back then!!!) and therefore had a very small run, and is INCREDIBLY HARD TO FIND, especially in this condition!!! Classic UK 1st Press Polydor labels!!! Both sides are GREAT with minimal signs of age, NO writing, NO stickers, and NO tears whatsoever!!! Just has some light spindle marks from general light use over the years!!! BRILLIANT for a 55 year old record!!! Both must grade overall at least as Very Good!!! 

Record : Visual -

Spectacular Original 1971 UK 1st Press Vinyl!!! Nice bright, clean and shiny as if it was just pressed!!! Fantastic jet black mirror like surfaces, it looks GREAT with NO really nasty scratches, groovewear, or nasty deep scuffs whatsoever!!! The only blemishes are just some light wispy sleeve traces, a few mild hairlines and age marks, a little light cosmetic bag rash here and there (almost always the case with this LP) and just a small amount of cosmetic non-sounding and unfeelable scuffs (only visible in direct angled light) mostly caused from where it has sat or been removed from it's cover over the years!!! Of course, none of these ULTRA light blemishes interfere with smoothness of play AT ALL!!! BRILLIANT for a record of this age and rarity!!! Must grade overall at least as Very Good!!! (graded STRICTLY to the UK RRPG standards, not overgraded AT ALL!!! Customer satisfaction is of 100% importance to me)

Record : Audio -

Thankfully, it plays BRILLIANTLY with fantastic stereo separation and clarity!!! It really sounds great with NO hops, distortion, sticks, or skips!!! Only (like pretty much all records) has low level surface noise in places such as on the run in grooves, only a few ticks here and there on rare occasions, and just a touch of ULTRA mild and light "bluesman's fag" atmospheric static in few and far between places such as on some of the quieter sections, but it doesn't overshadow the music AT ALL!!! I'd even argue it gives it added soul!!! A hugely enjoyable listen - The music is TRULY loud and clear with that bass, depth, warmth and clarity you can only get from UK 1st Press vinyl!!! AWESOME for a record of this age and rarity!!! Must grade overall audiably at least as Very Good+++!!! (graded STRICTLY to the UK RRPG standards, not trashed or overgraded AT ALL!!! Customer satisfaction is of 100% importance to me)

Sleeve :

Original 1971 UK 1st Press “Sound Packaging” PVC printed outer cover, unlaminated gatefold insert, and complete with original unsplit printed inner and IMPOSSIBLY RARE record shop promo poster (strong, solid, untorn and vibrant and brilliantly presentable after all these years with just a creaseline to the centre and some general ultra light normal age ink seeping discolouration to the back from storage over the past 55 years - AWESOME for it’s age!!! Totally intact and almost certainly the only example left in existence)!!! IMPOSSIBLE to find this sleeve in anything approaching a good condition - most are spent, torn and worn due to age and the lifestyles of the buyers of this particular LP!!! This one is NOT, and looks FANTASTIC, especially considering the nature of these fragile sleeves!!! NO writing OR graffiti, NO really bad marks AT ALL, NO splits for once, and still ULTRA strong and solid after all these years!!! Only has a few light signs of ageing such as only a touch of general light dusting from storage (truly minimal and nothing drastic), a little mild creasing to the remarkably unaged unlaminated gatefold insert (remains undulled and as vibrant as ever), only some very mild general light age toning and mild storage creasing to the printed inner sleeve (NO splits for once, and NO writing OR graffiti whatsoever), a touch of denting to the four corners which virtually every vintage PVC sleeve has, and POSSIBLY (just to be sure!!!) one or two other minor signs of age here and there, though nothing that really stands out to note at all!!! And that's truly about it!!! I tend to bring it down by listing the most minor negatives I can possibly find, but this is an AWESOME 100% complete sleeve, and a TRUE rarity to find one as brilliant as this - most have been virtually destroyed or are just about being held together, but not this one!!! It remains ultra strong, solid, unspoilt, 100% complete and beautifully presentable!!! Must grade overall as Very Good+!!! (graded STRICTLY to the UK RRPG standards, not trashed or overgraded AT ALL!!! Customer satisfaction is of 100% importance to me)

Summary : An OUTSTANDINGLY RARE one off 100% complete example with IMPOSSIBLE pre release promo poster of this INCREDIBLY RARE classic original 1971 UK 1st Press LP!!! Hard to find in ANY condition, but SERIOUSLY RARE TO FIND ONE AS AWESOME AS THIS WITH STUNNING UNDOCUMENTED PROMO POSTER!!! I've realized that most countries have their own unique grading system. I base mine strictly on the UK RRPG grading system (occasionally with a + or a - to indicate the higher and lower ends of the grade, though I only use these if i'm having real trouble deciding!), so please check their chart for further clarity if you are unsure of what my grades mean. As a general rule, a mint record will be 100% perfect, an excellent record will be in fantastic clean condition with the occasional mild mark and minor use from the years, and a very good record will have noticeable, yet light visual markings and obvious signs of age and use, but will still remain clean with relatively light wear and will play fantastically well with plenty of life remaining in it. I very rarely offer records below the very good region unless they are of an EXCEPTIONAL rarity and playing quality...I hope this helps!
