Description
This Pentangle album was released in 1968 on the Transatlantic Label (TRA 178). This is a first pressing and the matrix numbers are: TRA178 A1 and TRA178 B2 for the first record and TRA178 1A2C and TRA178 2B2D for the second. I bought the album shortly after its release. The first record was recorded live at The Royal Festival Hall in London on 29th June 1968, and the second record was a studio recording in August 1968.
Both records are in excellent condition and the vinyl is virtually unmarked. I recorded the albums to tape shortly after purchase and often played the tape rather than the albums - hence their nearly new condition. They both play very well with superb sound and with no skipping or jumping and there seems to be hardly any surface noise or sound deterioration after all these years. The records has been stored vertically in a record cabinet alongside other LPs all its life.
The front cover is in excellent condition. It is very clean and has virtually no marks or creases on it. The spine is also unmarked and is clearly legible. The back cover is likewise in excellent condition. The album is a gatefold design and the inside is likewise in excellent condition and unmarked. The cover is made and printed by MacNeill Press Ltd, London.
The albums comes with their original inner sleeves which have no folds, splits or tears.
I am willing to post abroad. Please contact me for the postage cost in this case.
