COVER - EXCELLENT (EX) Original thick cardboard single type pasteover cover with a professionally removed trunk slick without any damage to the 'Butcher' slick. It is incredibly hard to find a 3rd state copy looking like a 1st state with the preserved vivid bright color and relief texture in a superb condition. The front cover has some very light scuffing at the mouth and light wear at the edges and corners, the back cover has some light yellowing and age spots, none of which take away from the great condition of this rare album. The cover is very clean without any ring wear.

LABEL - NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-)  Original Capitol Records T-2553 mono catalog number Keystone print black 62-01 label with a multicolored spectrum ("Rainbow") band along the label's edge without the "subsidiary" print. The labels are super clean without any spindle wear

VINYL - SIDE 1: EXCELLENT MINUS (EX-) / SIDE 2: EXCELLENT PLUS (EX+) Original very early thick vinyl pressing with the hand written first matrix numbers in the trail-off vinyl (dead wax). The vinyl has some light surface hairlines and scuffs from the sleeve, retaining its beautiful factory gloss and lustre.
