Description
This is a 1973 Pathe Marconi French pressing of The Beatles' Yellow Submarine soundtrack LP
Factory Sample
On Apple Records Reference PCS 7070
Runoff matrices YEX6715-4 and YEX716-1
A side label stickered FACTORY SAMPLE NOT FOR SALE
The Record :
Both Labels are free from any writing or tears - NO spindle wear at all Both sides are EX+, I can't pick up any visible surface marks
TEST PLAYING IT :
Great Audio! Start to finish there are CERTAINLY no skips/jumps and no nasty pops - There is a tiny amount of crackle in places on side 2. Some would grade this higher.
There is not another one of these for sale on the internet. The closest I can find is a 1981 pressing
The Outer Sleeve :
Front laminated "Printed and made by Garrod and Lofthouse Ltd."
Condition is EX
There's some hairline creases as pictured, no splits at all, Spine is all completely readable, couple of feint marks on the back and a little light ringwear but this is in great shape
Inner sleeve is a plain white, no splits
Overall this is a very nice copy, you'll do well to do better.
NOTE : PLEASE ask before bidding from overseas as there are some countries I don't and won't post to. I'll be using Royal Mail If you're local and want to pick up in person then that's also fine.
All records graded as per the Record Collector / Goldmine Guide as closely and conservatively as I can
Record will be sent in a stiff mailer with the record removed from the outer sleeve and all in a plastic sleeve to prevent splits in transit - I am a collector myself so hate when that happens.
