Description
• Disc condition: EX - Discs are flat to the deck, no dishing or warping. Superb crisp dark green Apple labels. Both with "Sold in UK" credits and "An EMI Recording" credits. K/T tax code embossed on side 2 of either disc. "Piggies" credited with Apple publishing. Spindle wear is minimal on both discs. Has the rare "Factory Sample" sticker on side 1 and side 4 labels. Clearly both discs hardly played, and so easily as EX+.
• Sleeve condition: EX Fully laminated Garrod & Lofthouse printed gatefold sleeve. Openings are at the top, known as the "toploader". Super glossy and really white. The spine has slightly yellowed, but this is so normal for this particular version as the spine surface does not lay flat to the laminate. Usually the laminate is split or broken, but the laminate here on the spine just has one tiny split , the rest is perfect. The lettering is all legible and sharp. "Stereo" imprinted on back sleeve. These sleeves are usually abit yellowed with age or poor storage this copy is superbly white. The sleeve has "The Beatles" embossed on the front cover and numbered 0328005 and is in superb shape over all. The best looking 1968 UK sleeve we have ever seen.

• Rare UK 1968 pressed FACTORY SAMPLE Apple UK original. More or less a first pressing as it's the earliest -1/-1/-1/-1 matrix. Comes complete with original flimsy black die cut paper inners in stunning EX condition, 4 original individual band portrait photos (John Lennon portrait has small crease on one corner) and a large double sided poster in strong EX+ very clean shape. Both discs are housed in brand new poly lined inner sleeves and we recommend keeping them in these - not the original black paper inners to avoid any future hairline scratches. In this condition, they don't turn up. This could be your final upgrade copy! Don't miss it!
