Description
The Beatles---"Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band"---Original Rare UK 1st Pressed Mono Album In EX+ Playing Condition On The Yellow/Black Parlophone Label--- -1 and -1 From 1967---Mothers/Stampers 3/HT & 4/GCH---With Very Solid Laminated "WIDE SPINE" Gatefold Sleeve In EX+, Cut-out Insert In Mint and Original Red Swirly Inner Sleeve In VG+
This is a UK copy from 1967 in mono on the yellow/black Parlophone swirl label, with cat. no. PMC 7027 and matrices -1 and -1 and Mothers/Stampers 3/HT & 4/GCH.
Vinyl: EX+. The vinyl is in beautiful looking condition with just 1 tiny scuff mark. Both sides play really great EX+. It really is closer to NM but has a little light surface noise in quiet parts.
Labels: EX+. Labels are in great condition with no markings and have a superb shine and clear text. It has the K/T tax code There is a fair amount of spindle wear.
Sleeve: EX+. The laminated gatefold "WIDE SPINE" sleeve is in lovely solid condition with hardly any wear other than along the front opening edge and there is a tiny amount of laminate lifting. There is a lovely looking red and white psychedelic inner sleeve for this copy but it does have a 5cms split on the one side edge. The cut out card has never been used and is MINT.
