Complete with OBI,insert and inner company sleeve.
Extremely hard to find even in JAPAN now.

Disc is in EX/EX(Side A/B) condition.
Sleeve is in EX- condition.(Ring wear.)
OBI has tape on the back.Company sleeve has tape repair.
