Hello. This is open but new. In other words never played. In the late 70's I was hooked on these DVRP sleeves and DBX. I was also very flush with money. So I went crazy and bought all these albums, opened them up and put them in my beloved DVRP's. They didn't have many DBX albums so I bought every one that came out whether I liked or knew the group or not. Of course I knew The Who but didn't really like them. Still not my favorite - that's jazz. This album was not only half speed mastered but DBX - about the best sound one could buy short of a reel to reel master tape itself.
If you buy this you will see there isn't a fingerprint on the album - even now I wouldn't take it out to photograph the disc itself. I had a regiment - if I played an album I took off the plastic. You can click on my other LPs for sale to see what I mean. This has been stored in a temperature controlled room for 35 years. I will ship them in one of those made for album boxes and I will ship them WITH a tracking number as I don't fully trust the US Post Office with real valuable items.
