ORIGINAL UK PARLOPHONE (PCS 3042) RARELY SEEN SIXTH *STEREO* PRESSING (1969) OF THE BEATLES' CLASSIC "Please Please Me" LP - DELIVERING SENSATIONAL AUDIO THROUGHOUT (ON MY SYSTEM - AT A VERY LOUD VOLUME) - PLAYS PERFECTLY WITH A WONDERFUL BRIGHT, CLEAN, SHARP AND FRESH SOUND WITH INCREDIBLY DETAILED STEREO SEPARATION - FANTASTIC COPY - AND RARELY SEEN AS THIS PRESSING WAS ALMOST IMMEDIATELY SUPERSEDED (within weeks) BY THE ONE EMI BOX BLACK/SILVER LABEL - SO THERE AREN'T MANY OF THESE AROUND

LABELS: The labels are clean, fresh and unmarked with little wear on the spindle hole and only light spindle traces - EXCELLENT+
VINYL Visual: Apart from some wispy light inner-sleeve removal hairlines (visible under a very bright light) the vinyl surfaces are unmarked and shine like new with no dulling - beautiful copy which has been very, very carefully handled - NEAR MINT
VINYL Audio: Sensational audio reproduction throughout with a clean, crisp, sharp and vibrant sound and incredibly detailed stereo separation - each instrumental and vocal part is crystal clear with an 'in-the-room' immediacy which sounds stunning. On playback at a loud volume there are no scratches, no sticks or jumps, no surface noise (the run-ins and track divisions are practically silent) and no loud clicks or pops. All frequencies are bright and clear and there is no discernible groove-wear and no sound deterioration. Critically graded EXCELLENT+ for audio (if not better, as the sound is practically flawless). This is one of the finest copies I have seen in a very long time and one which is very highly recommended indeed
SLEEVE: Again, a beautiful example with unworn, crisp, sharp and square edges and spine - where all text is clear and bold. The front laminated surface has a deep, glossy, glass-like sheen with no rubbing and only a few half-moon creases towards the opening edge. The back is also remarkably clean with just one small 'nick' to the bottom flipback section (please see close-up photo) - EXCELLENT+
And the original EMITEX inner is clean, fresh and unmarked with no splits - EXCELLENT+
