Description
Very rare first Australian pressing of the Beatles' Abbey Road album with a misprint on the cover. There is a "blood stain" in between Ringo and John, and an overall pinkish hue. Not that many copies of this were pressed, so it is a collector's item.
The record has scratches on both sides, but it plays through mostly fine. There are skips on "Come Together", most of "Because", and "You Never Give Me Your Money" and possibly a few other tracks but the rest of the album plays through fine. But the main value of this comes from the rare cover. The cover shows some signs of wear and tear. The previous owner had written their name on the cover with pencil, but it has been erased. Keep this in mind when purchasing the item.
