Description

Hello all up for auction today we have an original vintage copy of THE BEATLES '65 Vinyl LP in Stereo released on Capitol Records / EMI Purple Label ST-2228 other versions of this are black label and orange I am not sure exactly the difference other than my copy with the black label is much more ragged as outer jacket is on an inferior stock of paper.

It is Capitol records release ST-2228 (Black label reads T-2228)

I do not believe it is the very first Issue in USA but features Stereo sound 

Inner Matrix reads: MASTERED BY CAPITOL,. And also: ST1   2228   H2O-1 (SIDE 1) and on side 2:    O      ST2  2228  W/O

The record will come to you from my personal collection, I am cutting some of the records I have multiple versions of to make space for newer ones I have aquired

This 33 1/3 LP, the vinyl itself  is in very good condition some needle wear but nothing that compromises the sound. No warping, plays beautifully with no skipping

Sleeve is in fantastic shape considering its age over 50 years old now! could be much worse, no mold or musty smell typical of older records, corners are pretty nice and spine is  great Beatles '65 is totally readable from shelf,

The only reason I kept the other over this one is it still had its original inner sleeve this one does not. Either way this is an excellent piece great for any true fan
