This record is in near mint condition. It has no obvious spindle marks visible on the labels and there are no pen marks, scuffs, fading or staining anywhere. The centres show no wear and overall the labels are clean, bright and in really good shape. 

As for the vinyl itself, both sides have a lovely lustre and show little in normal light. There is a couple of very slight thin faint lines visible when it is angled but these are incredibly minor and overall the record is in superb condition.

I play tested the record and it played really well. It lays flat on the deck and upon playing there is little to no arm movement noticeable. The audio is excellent throughout with no skips, sticks or tics and barely any surface noise. I noted little during the play test, with the intro and run in also of good clarity. Overall the audio was excellent and the album was a pleasure to play test.

The sleeve is in near mint condition. It is very tidy all round with no splits, tears, scuffs or pen marks. It has hardly any rubbing or wear to the edges and corners and the spine is all clearly legible. There is no real ring marks and only a few minor and short creases. There is no real discolouring or grubbiness and overall the sleeve is a very nice example. I have tried to describe the sleeve as best I can but please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible as to its condition.

It contains its original picture inner which is in near mint condition with no splits, tears or pen marks and little to no signs of use or its age. The record will be sent in a brand new plain white replacement inner to ensure no damage occurs to the original during transit.  

The record will be packaged in between cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to try to ensure a swift delivery.
