A bit of history.....This album was first released on the 4th Dec 1964. Prior to its release there was a huge order of 750,000...which went on to break all records for advance orders of ANY album!!! Of course this meant the album went straight into the number 1 position in the U.K. charts, staying in the charts for 46 weeks!! POPULAR is too small a word for it!

Catalogue number: PCS 3062

(As a note, here are a couple of the differences to the usual MONO mix:
1. No Reply has a different mix.
2. Words Of Love is 9 seconds shorter than the Mono version.)

This is the really rather rare part as not many of these hand corrected matricies made it into the hands of the general public...

Vinyl:
175g W--O--W QUALITY HEAVYWEIGHT VINYL!
EX+! Lovely heavy vinyl. The vinyl only has a very few ultra light marks...she still retains ALL her glory!
PLAYED 5 TIMES?!!
Played loud, you can hear just a VERY gentle amount of background noise-ONLY due to a small amount of dust in the grooves, so it would be reduced or even negated completely with a gentle professional clean...FANTASTIC AUDIO!
IT REALLY DOES PROVIDE SUPERB STEREO QUALITY SOUND REPRODUCTION.
FLAT as the day she was born and SHINY too.

**THIS IS A TOP-MUSEUM PIECE-EXAMPLE OF A RARE PRESSING....175g VINYLl!!!!!**

Labels: NMINT! Yep, that good! Lovely and clear.
There are maybe 4-5 very light spindle marks...ONLY visible when angled towards bright light and looking for them.
NO outer text!
NO hole wear!
 Lovely, clear silver text.

"Alle rettigheder forbeholdes...SKANDINAVISK GRAMMOPHON.." statement at 9 O'clock.

RARE

Cover: EX!!! STEREO outline in top right corner. Shiny front and back cover...There are NO spidering areas to the two sided laminate....!!! Just a couple of small fingers eminating from the seam...WOW-we all know how delicate this gatefold cover is!
The spine is still strong, with the title still clearly legible.
Light knocks to the top left and bottom right corners. The right side corners are in NEAR MINT condition!
There's a tiny bit of price tag, sticker residue to the top right-which is easily removeable.
The only other point of notice are some very small patches of lifting to the laminate near the spine, but they HAVE NOT broken through, just slight bubbling.
NO WRITING.
SIMPLY MAGICAL!
Wonderful strong flipbacks.

Inner: EX-. A plain white die-cut inner, with NO splits or tears, just very light feathering near the opening and creasing.
Unusually has UK Patent No. 1,125,55. Which was granted to the UK die-cut inners.
