Totally vanished mint copy of minimal drone slide by Taj Mahal Travellers main man Takehisa Kosugi.

KOSUGI TAKEHISA & SHINOZAKI AYAKO : "Harp no Koten – Music Now For Harp" Original June 1980 pressing. (1980 Denon/Nippon Columbia OW-7845-ND)
Although that the record first saw the light of day in 1980, the material on the other had was recorded on 25 and 26 of June, 1973 at the Columbia studios.
Side A consists of the tracks "Stanza II", a composition by Toru Takemitsu out of 1971 and Katsuhiro Tsubono's "Poem for Lin" of 1972
and performed by young harpist Ayako Shinozaki and her electronically treated harp.
The sidelong composition "Heterodyne" by Kosugi Takehisa (1973) gets adrift in a pulsating, ever revolving universe just like "Catch Wave".
In short, this composition is really the piece de resistance with Kosugi in full swing, surfing the sound and radio waves with his heavily-processed violin sounds.
The interaction with Shinozaki takes on an almost extra-terrestrial shape and floats off in between electronic pulses and complex slowly evolving sound waves.
Very rare minimalist and droned out masterpiece.
Cover : Ex+ Minimal corner bend, slight creases on OBI (see pics).
