Description



An original 1st UK press of Slider on Columbia. Matrix 2/1. MAD monk. The heavy-set vinyl comes housed in an original cover. We have the original inner too. So 100% complete and 100% genuine.
Vinyl (Ex/Ex-) In great condition and has only seen light use. GREAT LUSTRE. Under close inspection I could only make out a couple of slight marks per side - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT level of playback...   A really decent player and plays clean throughout.  Basically a top level rendition. Maybe a few isolated crackles in one spot per side. Superdoops.
Cover (Ex-) A very smart looking cover - many are going to be looking a bit beleaguered after 40 years use. Just take a look at the others out there!   But this one seems to have avoided much of the ageing process. Ok - it's not totally immune from it - but it is very minor. A couple of tiny blemishes - these aee wipable .u can ignore them.. Very clean and flat with hardly a crease. Minimal edge wear and sharp firm openings. The spine is 90% intact. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
