Description
For auction a very rare early DEMO COPY of the T.Rex single 'Zip Gun Boogie/Space Boss' that would have been provided in small numbers only to the music press and radio stations prior to it's official release.
Both labels are marked 'DEMO RECORD NOT FOR SALE' and have the actual release date 1.11.74 below in brackets. This is one of the rarer demos from the entire T.Rex catalogue and its condition is faultless.
I can see no evidence that the disc has ever been played. The vinyl is bright and glossy, there are no scuffs, scratches or marks. The labels are shop bright, no writing or sticker wear and retain their full rich red and black colouring. The record comes in its original plain white sleeve - the custom MARC single covers were not wasted on advance industry pressings - and even that is crisp and clear. In all this is a remarkable find for a 45 over four decades old now.
