YES. THIS IS A VINYL LP. NOT A CD.
This is an excellently mastered LP made with DMM technology at Precision when the CD was king and the LP was taking a short temporary bow. Most of the photos ARE stock except for the LP and the more "detailed" ones. I bought this at a local record shop for about $22.00 and considering it wasn't a UK import, I picked it up and have taken A+ care of it. I even have the tiny band-aid sized hype sticker on the outer plastic protective sleeve (peel and place!)
Cover is M- and LP is M- and if I had to be conservative, we're talking VG++ goodness and I'm not kidding. This is a fantastic copy and I put the LP in an import plastic w/ paper style sleeve since I first extracted the LP away from the plain paper one. The LP is open but STILL IN SHRINK.
Seam splits? No.
Scrapes or creasing? No.
Am I a smoker? No.
Spindle marks? Yes, two very near the hole, small on Side 2, less than 1/2".
Scratches? Even looking with a LED snake light with my glasses on and 2 cups of coffee, it's nearly perfect and I can't see a scratch lingering. It's superb.
Will you ship with the record outside the jacket? Of course. Packaged semi neurotically with your benefit of safety.
How does it sound? Better than most any LP of it's time considering vinyl was being frowned at in 1996. Sonics are 8/10 easy.
Even the lyric sheet is perfect. Collage, a single slick paper print. Good detail.
