Yes, you can believe your eyes! Almost up there with Mellow Candle's Swaddling Songs (at least in terms of being sought after), this third and final installment in the Spirogyra trilogy (though this album was mainly focussed on the wonderful Barbara Gaskin and Martin Cockerham) is one of the holy grails of the UK's Progressive/Psych/Acid Folk era. Of course, the fact that this is the first UK pressing on Polydor makes it all the more desirable.
Bells, Boots and Shambles is worth owning for the four-part epic In the Western World suite alone!
Recently acquired from a former music journalist, it also includes two very rare original glossy promo shots of Barabara and Martin. Good Luck with this one!

Vinyl is in lovely shiny EX+ condition, hardly played, one very light hairline on track one/side two under bright/angled light, which has no affect on play.
Apart from it's extreme rarity BB & S is also known for it's extremely thin and fragile sleeve. This one is a great, solid example with only a few minor issues. Overall Excellent in appearance I'll grade it between VG++/EX-. Please look closely at the photo's to give yourself a good idea. Apart from some general light creasing, there is also a very small sticker mark in top right corner.

Please note, I always remove records from main sleeve when packing to avoid seam splits during trasportation, unless the record is still sealed. I will happilly open the seal carefully at sellers request to remove from sleeve if desired. I use cruciform LP mailers (NOT envelopes) with multiple stiffeners for added safety. I have also started using corner protectors too :-)
