Description
Mega Rare LP of Sonny Rollins - Sonny Rollins Quartet / with MJQ (Prestige 7029 - mono) 1950s yellow and black labels with 446 West 50th St New York address, deep groove and RVG on both sides. One of Rollins' best Prestige albums also features The Modern Jazz Quartet, Art Blakey, Kenny Drew and Percy Heath in an acknowledged classic that no serious jazz collector can be without.
The LP is in VG/VG- (minus) condition with lots and lots of marks that will make noise - not for the audiophile in any way - you will definitely plenty of noise on this one! The cover is in VG+ condition with some general age/shelf wear and clear tape on the top and bottom seams. NO writing, NO stickers, NO stamps. Definitely NOT perfect, but how many of these do you see anymore at any price?
The LP will be carefully packed using professional materials (over twenty years experience safely selling jazz LPs around the world).
