Deep groove label both sides. " 2 West 45th St., New York, N.Y. 10036" address on back cover.
The record looks and plays VG+/VG. Some scuffs and some scratches which can be heard during quiet passages on both sides, but worse on Side 2.
The cover is VG+.
The front cover has moderate wear and hint of ring wear. There's a small piece of the slick missing at the bottom of the pocket. The back cover has moderate wear. Bottom seam is split and untaped app 2 inches at the pocket. Top seam and spine intact with spots of heavy wear. Spots of denting and wear at the corners.
