 THE SMALL FACES - 'OGDEN'S NUT GONE FLAKE'

This UK 1st MONO pressing of thier masterpiece concept album dates from initial May 1968 release.

On the pale lilac Immediate label: IMLP 012


Matrix numbers: IMLP 012-1L & IMLP 012-2L

Stamper codes: 1/O & 1/O

Vinyl weight: 143g


Housed in a circular 5-panel 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed cover.

Complete with original clear polythene inner-sleeve.


CONDITION

Disc: VERY GOOD +

Both playing surfaces are clean & glossy with some wispy marks from the inner and a sparkling rainbow shine beneath halogen light. However there is a 5mm feelable scrach on track 5 on side 1. Audibly the sound is strong & unworn with some light backgorund in quiter passages but the scratch produced a few clicks and our stylus to jump once during our play-check - however this may or may not occur on your system. Without this fault, the disc would have easily graded 'EXCELLENT'.

A really exquisite example with strong hinges and vibrant unfaded panels. It really is difficult to fault and would be hard to better.
