Blue Note. BLP 1201. Blue/White 767 Lexington Ave N.Y. City deep groove label. Mono. USA 1955.

White paper inner sleeve.

With ear and rvg in dead space area
Graded cover/record VG+/Ex
Part of top seam split, cirka 1/3 from opening and some tracks
underlined with ink pen at back on an otherwise clean cover.br> Some spindle marks on labels and very clean vinyl with very light surface marks at 2 parts on side 1, non audible.

Great old style jazz LP featuring Bunk Johnson, Sidney De Paris and others.

With recordings from 1939-1946. A piece of jazz history. Listen to Gershwin´s Summertime
with Sidney Bechet (soprano sax), Meade Lewis (piano), Teddy Bunn (guitar),
John Williams (bass), Sidney Catlett (drums) from 1939 - this is sad raw blues, and not performed in the for the time traditional style.
