Record sleeve in excellent condition

Record vinyl has split ( but you can get the record anywhere for a few pounds )

This is once of  IRON MAIDEN'S  first singles/recordings which was put in the record shops and then retracted due to the Maggie Thatcher government objecting to her being stabbed by EDDIE. (Iron's mascot)  then later the eyes were blacked out and put back into the record shops...  some say this was a stunt at the time for Maiden so this is why the record sleeve (not the record) is very rare and hard to get hold off... There are no ring/wear marks on the record sleeve.. The sleeve i believe should be classed as "mint" but how can it when it is over 25 years old..???
