Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band

This is an LP that I bought in a large lot of LPs.
The cover is a UK laminated cover. The pictures and printing are excellent but the cover shows shelf wear on the edges and the bottom front seam has a 2-inch split. Corners are bumped and worn. However, there is no writing or marks anywhere on the cover or inside gatefold! Lyrics and print on the wide spine are very legible! The laminate has helped to preserve the pictures and printing. Please see the pictures I have posted. I would rate this cover a strong GOOD+.
The labels are clean with no writing and clear printing.
The vinyl looks to have seen very little play. Some light superficial scuffing but no scratches are visible. It retains the original gloss. This record was made without visible tracking - one tracked flowed into another, so it will look different from most of their recordings. This vinyl is very clean and looks to have been well cared for. The vinyl is the prize here and I would grade it a strong NM-. (I have no turntable so I am evaluating under bright light.)
I am told this is a first press but since I don't know a lot about UK pressings I have provided close up pictures so that you can make your own educated guess. I do know that the matrix numbers on the vinyl are XEX637 and XEX638. The song "With A Little Help From My Friends" has the corrected title. The red psychedelic inner sleeve and the Sgt Pepper insert are included - both are free of any marking or writing.
