Some sort of plastic sleeve with #078 label and Secret 7" logo.
A ~7"x7" card that says Secret 7" 2015 Artist Authentication on one side and Steve Staley / @staley_steve (though in capitals) / a pp signature (ie. not Steve's) on the other.
A cardboard sleeve with different artwork on each side.
A 1 sided 7" black vinyl in a blank white paper sleeve.
Not much info on the items themselves. Internet search suggests Secret 7" picks 7 tracks each year and press each track into 100 limited edition 7" vinyl records. Each of the 700 records has unique art sleeves.
The information side of the the Authentication Card has some smudges, possibly water stains on the ink. Most notably on the social media handle.
The white paper sleeve is completely blank and has creases on both sides at the corners. There's a tear near the central opening on one side.
No noticible scratches on the record itself.
No way for us to tell whether each item is the original component, or whether it's the complete set.
