A quite incredible single sourced collection of vintage 30 years old upwards modern Jazz and desirable classical pressings, all in unplayed and mainly factory sealed condition, in fact mainly double sealed, with the factory seal overbagged in a larger sealed poly outer. This whole collection has been in cool dry upright ideal storage for all its life until a few weeks ago, when I got first offer on them. An opportunity to bid on such a high quality never opened collection is a rare chance. Bid now to ensure more are offered. I could quite happily keep plenty of these!.
Audiophile Sealed NEW Old Stock Tony Williams Life Time (a Sextet date with Herbie Hancock, Sam Rivers, Bobby Hutcherson, Richard Davis and Gary Peacock) Blue Note JAPAN +OBI under the 1st seal. This is from the limited Toshiba EMI Aurex New Wave in Jazz edition, from 30 years ago, 21st September of 84 to be precise. These are the hidden gems of all the reissue series, as they are the same vinyl recipe and final mastering as the Mosiac sets, as can be seen in the dead wax of those, an EMI/T. They are also the last all analogue issues of the Blue note reissue history, as there is a digital stage in them from 1989 onwards, even probably in the DMM series from 1985. For that reason this is the ideal test for a turntable set up. The import corner clip is about 10mm only, no breaches of the seal to this and it will have an insert. I have a number of these in my personal collection, and with high quality modern cartridges these are the business. Thick vinyl in lovely masterings.
